What is Vinyl?
Polyvinylchloride (PVC) or vinyl is extracted by polymerising vinyl chloride monomer. Softening agents such as phtalic esters, phosphates and epoxide oils are added to PVC: as a result, the stiff polymer becomes supple so that it can then be used to manufacture gloves and other products.
